Limits of Responsibility

Oasis (hereinafter 'the Company') provides a service that allows members to register APIs issued by virtual asset exchanges on the website and applications (cloud services, applications, apps) of www.oasisbot24.com and to trade using tools. All virtual asset transactions occur on the exchange where the API is registered.

As a provider of trading tools, the Company provides services only within the scope of API usage provided by virtual asset exchanges. The Company makes every effort to prevent unnecessary traffic on virtual asset exchanges. 

The Company continuously researches and develops trading tools to allow members to conveniently use the tools and consistently enhances the service.

The trading tool service provided by the Company does not artificially raise or lower the prices of virtual assets. The operation of the provided tool is entirely based on the conditions set by the member and the values provided by the virtual asset exchange API.

During the process of using the trading tool, delays in transactions or failure to trade may occur due to internet communication failures or problems with the sending/receiving of virtual asset exchange APIs. Therefore, we ask for your understanding in using the service. However, the Company will be liable for compensation only in cases where there is intentional or negligent conduct.

Legal Notice

The trade name, trademark, and logo of 'Oasisbot' can only be used by those who have obtained explicit permission from the Company as a business sign of the Company. Using the trade name, trademark, or logo of 'Oasisbot' without prior permission may result in legal sanctions for violations of the Trademark Act, the Act on Fair Competition, and the Law on the Protection of Trade Secrets. Permission to use the trademark and service can be registered through 'Partnership Inquiry'.

Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses

We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical means. Violators may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Penal Code.
